Refund policy

Soak offers shipping on all orders based on the destination. Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding holidays. As soon as we begin packing your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated.

Estimated delivery times for in-stock orders are 2 to 3 weeks. Made-to-order items will take longer (3 to 4 weeks).

Once you have received your order, you have 10 days to request a return. All clothing must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All tags must also remain attached to the garments. Any return received that does not meet the requirements of our return policy may be refused.

1. Please email us at soakartstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the email address associated with your order to begin the return process.

2. Prepare the package: you may use the original packaging if you still have
